• 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 3 Tbsp steak sauce
• 2 splashes soy sauce
• ½ cup Ketchup
• 5 Tbsp oil
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 1 Tbsp wine vinegar
• 1 medium onion, grated
• 1 tsp salt
• Few drops Tabasco Sauce

Combine all ingredients and heat until boiling.

Marinate meat (lamb or beef) as long as possible.
